Ticket Information

User change is available only for events and in the manner authorized by the Organizer. In compliance with current regulations (Ministry of Interior Decree of June 6, 2005), the identity of ticket holders (season tickets/tickets) must be verified: anyone entering the stadium using invalid tickets is subject to the penalties provided by law.

By clicking on the link at the bottom of this page, you can change the ticket holder to a person other than the one indicated on the stadium admission ticket: the change takes effect immediately if the process is completed successfully.

Upon entering the stadium, the new ticket holder must present, along with the original admission ticket, the receipt confirming the name change printed from the Vivaticket website.

If the procedures are not completed or if the receipt confirming the name change is not presented to the security staff, access to the stadium will not be permitted.

IMPORTANT: Changing the ticket holder is only possible if done to benefit a person with the same ticket category (e.g., from Full Price to Full Price, from Women’s Discount to Women’s Discount, from Under 18 to Under 18, and from Over 65 to Over 65). Season tickets included in the Family, University Student Discount, Under 14 Discount, Disabled Discount, and Military Discount packages ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.

It is not possible to request a change of user while applying a credit for the amount already paid when upgrading to a higher price category.
