No negotiations are currently underway regarding the sale of the club or any shares in the company. Any declarations of interest received from third parties, in the absence of any evaluation or response from the ownership, cannot in any way be misinterpreted as the start of negotiations.

The owners of Cesena FC reaffirm their full and total commitment to the growth and development of the club and remain focused, with their usual dedication and confidence, on their daily work in service of the club, the city, and the entire Cesena community.
