On Monday, October 12, the first meeting of the season for coaches and managers of clubs affiliated with Cesena FC took place at the Pages Lounge of the Orogel Stadium-Dino Manuzzi, as part of the Affiliation Project.

The theme of the evening was “Futsal Training in Youth Development,” explored in depth by Roberto Osimani, head coach of Futsal Cesena’s first team, and Massimiliano Castellani, General Manager of the five-a-side soccer team. The event provided an opportunity for discussion and in-depth analysis focused on futsal training methodology during the early stages of a player’s soccer career.

Furthermore, for the first time, the meeting was streamed live, allowing even affiliated clubs outside the region to participate remotely.

“Now in our third season of collaboration with Futsal Cesena,” said Fabrizio Faro, Head of Youth Development and Manager, “we were delighted to share this type of activity with our affiliated clubs and partners, which over the past two years has helped enrich the technical and cognitive skills of our young players.
