Matchday 2 of the 2026/27 Primavera 1 Championship between Cesena FC Primavera and AC Milan Primavera ended in a 1-1 draw. At the “Romagna Centro” Sports Complex in Martorano, the Bianconeri took the lead through Emilio Amadori, but Luca Nolli responded to equalize for the Rossoneri.

Cesena started with great intensity, and after just two minutes, Gasperini made a crucial tackle to stop Dotta as he charged toward the goal. Shortly afterward, a poor clearance by Catalano nearly resulted in an own goal, but Tartaglia was quick to beat everyone to the ball on the goal line.

The Bianconeri kept their lines high and disrupted the Rossoneri’s build-up play, taking a well-deserved lead in the 18th minute when Amadori capitalized on a moment of hesitation by the Milan goalkeeper and headed the ball into the net for a 1-0 lead.

However, the lead lasted just two minutes, as Nolli equalized following a scramble in the box. In stoppage time, the visitors nearly took the lead through Grassini, but he was denied by an excellent save from Gianfanti, sending the two teams into halftime tied at 1-1.

In the second half, the Bianconeri maintained their high intensity and tried to find the back of the net again. In the 60th minute, a nice give-and-go play set up Matteo Casadei to feed Tonti in the heart of the box, but the forward couldn’t find the net. A few minutes later, Enea Casadei threatened with a left-footed shot from distance. In the closing minutes, the Cavalluccio tried to ramp up the pressure and looked for the decisive breakthrough, but the score remained unchanged, and the match ended 1-1 in Martorano.

Coach Nicola Pozzi’s Bianconeri will return to the field on Saturday, September 6, at 3:00 p.m., when they’ll face Empoli FC Primavera on the road in a match counting toward Matchday 3 of the 2026/27 Primavera 1 Championship.
