After making two appearances during last June’s international break, the Bianconeri forward Cristian Shpendi is ready to once again don the jersey of the Albanian senior national team.

The Cavalluccio’s number nine has, in fact, been named by Head Coach Rolando Maran to the roster for the Eagles’ upcoming Nations League matches.

Albania will make its debut in the new League C on Saturday, September 26, when it hosts Belarus at the Air Albania Stadium in Tirana, before traveling to face the San Marino national team in a match scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, at the Stadio Olimpico in Serravalle.

Next, the team led by Head Coach Rolando Maran will travel to Scandinavia, where they are set to face Finland on Saturday, October 3, at the Olympic Stadium in Helsinki. Finally, the fourth match of this extended international break will see Albania take on San Marino in the return leg, once again at the Air Albania Stadium in the Albanian capital.
